How to Establish an ELSA Chapter

Any geographical area (a city or state or region or country or group of countries) with at least 20 ELSA Association members and no existing chapter, may establish an ELSA Chapter
One ELSA Member will head the chapter, assisted by at least one other office-bearer
The group agrees to adopt the ELSA vision and mission, the MOA and objectives, and rules and regulations of the Association
The Chapter Head requests the Association for recognition as an ELSA Chapter by sending an email to the Executive at chapters@lsralumna.org
The Association reviews and confirms this, and issues a Charter to the Chapter with guidelines to be followed by the
Chapter, including on use of the Association's name, logo and collateral; collaboration on ELSA events and initiatives globally
